All Products Warranty 

enjoiPets products sold by Better 10 Pet Products, are protected against defects in material or workmanship for the time periods set forth pursuant to this Limited Warranty.

Limited Warranty 

Better 10 Pet Products, for a period of ninety days (90) days from the purchase of this product will at its option, repair or replace the unit or unit parts determined to be defective.

Product Cancellation Policy

Better 10 Pet Products orders cancelled after 5 days of order placement are subject to a 25% processing fee at time of cancellation.

Product Return Policy

Better 10 Pet Products accepts returns within 7 days of your receipt purchase, if the product is returned in new condition. There is a 25% testing and restocking fee on all returned products.
